The annual mass for the Cloyne Diocesan Pioneers: will be held in Cobh Cathedral on Friday 1th of July at 7.30pm.  All are welcome

Masses during the Week: Mass on Monday at 9.30 a.m. Mass on Tuesday at 8.00 p.m. Mass on Wednesday at 8.00 p.m. (Clonmult). Masses on Thursday and Friday at 09.30 a.m.

Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament in Dungourney Church on Thursday at 8.00pm.

Fr. Barry celebrates 30 years of Priesthood on next Tuesday, 14th June (Ordained 14th June 1986). To acknowledge this, he will celebrate Mass in Dungourney Church at 8.00 p.m. on Tuesday, followed by light refreshments in the hall afterwards. All welcome.

There will be Public Mass for those buried in Clonmult Cemetery (beside Church) on next Wednesday, 15th June at 8.00 p.m. This Mass will be celebrated in the cemetery (weather permitting – otherwise it will be in the Church). All Welcome.

The annual Mass for the Cloyne Diocesan Pioneers will be held in Cobh Cathedral on Friday 1st July at 7.30 p.m. Kindly hosted by Cobh Pioneer Centre. There will be some light refreshments afterwards. All are welcome. The annual collection for the retired priests of this diocese will be held at all Masses next weekend 18th/19th June. The number of retired priests is growing and more funds are needed to support them. So, eight years ago the annual collection for retired priests was introduced. Last year it raised €60,000. A similar generous response to this collection this year will help the diocese to continue to be able to care for our retired priests, some of whom have given over 50 years’ service. Please support next weekend.

A Summers Evening” on the Quad presents an evening at the proms in U.C.C. on Saturday, 16th July at 8.00 p.m. Line-up includes Rebecca Storm, Michael McCarthy with the band of An Garda Siochana. Gerald Kean will be the MC. Tickets €30 and can be purchased from Pro Musica on Oliver Plunkett Street or the Cork Association for Autism office at Unit 4, Barryscourt Ind. Est. Clothing Collection in aid of Dungourney Camogie Club, Thursday 14th June in Dungourney School Hall. Please drop off all items between 2.40 p.m. and 8.00 p.m. Please donate all your clean unwanted re-usable clothes, also bed linen, towels, curtains, shoes, bags, belts and soft toys. Laptops (must be intact with lead) also mobile phones (under 4 years old) are accepted but please keep separate / no house hold bric-a-brac. If you cannot make it to the club house on the day, please contact Carmel 086-3099070 before the 14th to make arrangements for collection of items. Thank you for taking the time and effort to support our fundraising drive. Coffee morning on Saturday 18th June 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon, in Dungourney GAA Field, in aid of East Cork Rapid Response. Corpus Christi Procession: A word of thanks to all who attended last Sunday’s Procession. Thanks to all who prepared the Altar, decorated and prepared Church grounds and the Choir who led us in the Hymns.

Congratulations to our Intermediate hurlers who defeated Douglas at Caherlag on Saturday evening on a score line of 1-17 to 1-6. We will meet Aghabullogue in the next round, venue and date to be confirmed.
