Thursday is the Feast of the Presentation of the Lord: There will be blessing of candles for home and church use at the beginning of mass on Thursday. Donation of candles for Dungourney church would be most welcome. There will also be a donation box in Clonmult church on Thursday and in both churches at the weekend for anyone who wishes to make a donation towards candles in either church. Friday is the feast of St. Blaise, so there will be blessing of throats at both masses on Friday.
The “First Saturday” Devotions continue in Clonmult Church next Saturday, Rosary and prayers at 9.45am followed by mass.
