Many thanks to all who attended the autumn stations masses in our churches. Thanks to all who handed in the stations offerings. If you were unable to attend you may hand in the station offering at mass time or to any of the priest’s houses.
Re-opening our Churches. The recent Government guidelines regarding churches allow us to go back to full capacity, yet we are reminded that face masks are to be worn, hands to sanitized on entering the church, no shaking of hands at the sign of peace, reception of communion in the hand only.
We need to be vigilant at all times as we go forward.

Synodality and the launch of the Synodal Pathway. This Sunday 17th October, each Diocese throughout the world will launch the forthcoming Synodal Pathway. This is an answer to the call of Pope Francis, to develop structures to facilitate a wider engagement of all in reflection, prayer, discernment and decision making as a pathway to a new springtime in the church.
A prayer for the success of the Synodal process is included in the notices.
