County Skills Competition. On Thursday the 6th Class boys from St. Peter’s Dungourney represented the school at a County Skills competition in Pairc Ui Chaoimh. Bill Leahy, Christian O’Flynn, Eoin Brennan participated in the Football Skills. Liam Casey, Conor Ronayne, Dan O’Doherty partook in the Hurling Skills. The hurlers won their competition and will now represent Cork in the Munster Final. Commiserations to the footballers.

Day of Marian Prayer – 31st May 2023. At the request of the Holy Father, the Secretariat responsible for the Universal Synod has invited the Church around the world to hold a moment of Marian Prayer on 31st May (the Feast of the Visitation and the last day of the Marian Month of May) to place the work of the Synod, under the protection of Our Lady. An open invitation is being extended to all to join us on this day in Knock, Ireland’s International Eucharistic and Marian Shrine.
