Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament. There will be Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament in Dungourney church on Thursday at 8.00 p.m.
Day for Life. The Day for Life will be celebrated on Sunday 18th June. This year’s Day for Life focuses on post-abortion trauma and the impact of abortion primarily on women, but also on men and others.
Sacred Heart Novena. The Sacred Heart novena continues this week. Rosary and novena prayers each evening at 7.30 p.m., in Mogeely church. On Friday 16th June, Feast of the Sacred Heart, Mass will be celebrated for the intentions of all attending the novena, at 7.30 p.m.

Retired Priests Collection. The Annual Collection for Retired Priests will be taken up on the weekend 17th/18th June. Your support for this collection will be greatly appreciated by the sick and retired priests. You can also make a bequest for these priests in your will. The envelope for this collection is included in your box of envelopes.
Priests Petrol Collection. The envelope for the Priests Petrol Collection is included in the box of envelopes. They can be handed in at Mass time or to either of the priests’ houses.
Pilgrimage to Knock. “Catechism of the Catholic Church” – Pilgrimage to the Shrine of Our Lady of Knock on Saturday 17th June. See Poster in Church Porch.

Munster Primary Schools Skills. Congratulations to St. Peter’s N.S. Dungourney who were victorious in the Munster Primary skills competition in Hurling. Winners in Cork on the 25th May they went one step better on Tuesday when they were crowned Munster Champions in Mallow. Well done to our stars for the future, Dan O’Doherty, Liam Casey and Conor Ronayne.
