Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament. There will be Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament in Dungourney church on Thursday at 8.00 p.m.
Corpus Christi Procession. The Corpus Christi Procession will take place on Saturday, 10th June. On that evening the Vigil Mass for the parish will take place in Mogeely at 7.00 p.m. followed by the procession (no vigil in Castlemartyr or Dungourney that evening). We need stewards to help with monitoring traffic to keep it safe for everyone. If you are free to help, contact Fr. Frank or Fr. Barry.

Sacred Heart Novena. The Sacred Heart novena will begin on Thursday, 8th June and finish with Mass for the intentions of all attending the novena on Friday, 16th June. Rosary and novena prayers each evening at 7.30 p.m. On Saturday the novena prayers will be recited at the Procession. On Sunday the novena prayers will be recited at the Sunday Masses.

Congrats to Kiltha Og’s Richie Harney & Colin Murphy who were part of the East Cork’s winning team who defeated Dublin on Saturday’s Final which was played in Birr, Co. Offally.
County Skills Competition. On Thursday the 6th Class boys from St. Peter’s Dungourney represented the school at a County Skills competition in Pairc Ui Chaoimh. Bill Leahy, Christian O’Flynn, Eoin Brennan participated in the Football Skills. Liam Casey, Conor Ronayne, Dan O’Doherty partook in the Hurling Skills. The hurlers won their competition and will now represent Cork in the Munster Final. Commiserations to the footballers.
