Dungourney and Round About.
Now that the Ballynona Hunt concert is near, the drama group is busy with final rehearsals for J. M. Filgate’s hilarious comedy “The Proposal”. The Lisgoold Macra na Feirme will also stage their prize winning play “Kinship” for the event. This is a complete contrast to the Dungourney play and should balance the programme. “The Croppy Boy” will also be acted while an excellent variety programme starring the Lehane’s (duettists from Macroom) and many local entertainers. An enjoyable night is assured.
