WITH THE HARRIERS

SUCCESSFUL DRAG HUNT AT DUNGOURNEY.

On Sunday last a most successful Drag Hunt was held at Dungourney. The fixture had the patronage of Major A. H. Watt, M. F. H., inasmuch as the substantial cash prizes which were awarded were contributed to by this well-known Southern sportsman. The drag hunt, which was run over a fine line of hunting country, gave an excellent afternoon’s amusement to the many spectators who had an uninterrupted view from start to finish. The country selected showed marked ability on the promoters who were responsible for the hunt.

An outside attraction in the nature of a marathon race proved most interesting, and resulted as follows:-
